Refund Policy

Everything sold on JustPornTube AI is digital and arrives as soon as your USDT payment is confirmed on the blockchain: credits land on your account and Premium starts at once. For that reason purchases are normally final. We put things right in these cases:

• Your payment went through but nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed you still have no credits or Premium, email [email protected] with the amount and roughly when you sent it. We look the transaction up and either deliver what you bought or send the money back.
• You sent a different amount. A transfer that does not match an order is not lost: we hold it, and on request we credit it to your account or return it.
• You paid twice for one order. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for: we refund the part you could not use, or extend your Premium by the time you lost.

Refunds go back in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our answer. A payment on another network cannot be matched automatically; write to us and we help where we can. Credits you have spent, Premium days you have used and accounts closed for breaking the Terms are not refunded.

Premium is paid once and does not renew, so there is never anything to cancel: when your period ends, your account simply goes back to the free plan, with its daily free messages, and keeps every chat and every credit you have left.
