Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JustPornTube AI at justporntube.cc (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material generated by artificial intelligence. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view such material where you live. If you are not, leave now.

2. What the Service is

JustPornTube AI lets you browse, chat with and create fictional AI characters and view realistic AI-generated images of them. Every character is a fictional adult woman made by AI, between 25 and 45 years of age and drawn to look her age. No character depicts or is based on a real person, and no studio, kitchen, club, brand or venue named or shown is a real one. JustPornTube AI calls itself a tube because it is laid out like one - a grid you tap through - but it is not a video tube, a webcam, live-performer, escort or dating service: there are no videos of real people, no real woman is on the other side of a chat, no call or live video is offered, and no character will ever give you a phone number, a messenger account or a meeting. Conversations are generated by a language model and are not written by a person. Where a character has short clips, they are made for Premium members with Wan 2.2 and the DaSiWa Lightspeed model by Darksidewalker.

What is free

The free plan is a daily allowance, not an unlimited service: without an account you may send a set number of messages a day, a free account may send a larger number, the first photo a character sends you in each chat is open, and the public pages of each character can be viewed without paying. The current numbers are shown on the site and may change; a change never takes away credits or Premium time you have already paid for. Private photos, messages beyond the daily allowance and short clips need credits or Premium.

3. Your account

You may use parts of the Service as a guest; an account keeps your chats and characters. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

4. What you must not do

• request, create or share anything involving a minor, or any character presented as under 18 or with a childlike look;
• use the names, likeness or images of real people;
• request non-consensual, incestuous, bestial or otherwise illegal content;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's content, or try to get around its limits, filters or payments;
• use the Service to harass anyone or for anything illegal where you live.

Such requests are blocked automatically. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Content you create

On the site where you build her, a character you build is private to you: no other member there sees her. You may use her images for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

Meeting members of our other sites. When you build a character you choose whether members of the other sites of our network may meet her too (the box under her name, ticked unless you untick it). A character built before this choice existed is included only if you tick her later under Profile, "Created by me". If you allow it, she may appear in the catalogue of our other sites, chat there and be found in search, but only after our team has reviewed her pictures and only if she passes that review. She appears there under a new name, with a new description written for each site, and only with the pictures drawn when you built her - never pictures you bought for her, never anything from your chats. Nobody there can see who created her: we never show or pass on your name, email address, account or chats, and the link between her and your account is kept only in our internal review records. Chats with her on another site belong to that site and its members; nothing of them comes back to you. When she is approved and first appears on our other sites, you receive a one-time bonus of 10 credits on your account at the site where you built her; no other payment or reward is owed to you for her appearance, and the bonus is not paid again if she is taken off and later appears again, nor to an account that is closed or that broke these terms. For as long as your permission lasts, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, adapt and show her pictures and the options you chose for her for this purpose. You can withdraw your permission at any time under Profile, "Created by me": she is then taken off our other sites within 24 hours, and the same happens if you delete her or close your account. We may decline any character or take her off at any time.

6. Payments

Some features need credits or a Premium membership. You see the price in US dollars before you pay. Payments are made only in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the address shown at checkout; we accept no cards, bank transfers or other payment apps. Premium is paid once for a fixed period and never renews on its own. Digital content is delivered at once, so purchases are final except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law says otherwise. No character will ever ask you for money, gifts or payments in a chat; if one seems to, report it.

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, strange or unexpected; it is fiction and not advice. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
